Holy Archangels Orthodox Mission is a church originally founded for the students of Annapolis. Our church has grown to include families and mature individuals seeking the fullness of the life in Jesus Christ. We need to move to our own space to grow our church further to better minister to our families and individuals, and minister the truth and love of Christ in the community.
We’re looking for partners to help grow our unique ministry and reach more people by moving into our own space in the heart of Annapolis. Many people find themselves “tossed about by every wind of doctrine,” uncertain of their self-worth and confused by their identity and purpose in life. Holy Archangels Orthodox Mission is here to bring hope to the hopeless, faith to the faithless, healing to the soul sick, and a home to all who seek the fullness of the life that Jesus Christ has entrusted to us through His holy Church. We minister to all the people of Annapolis: children, families, St. John’s College students, Naval Academy midshipmen, and everyone else whom God brings our way. We critically need to grow this spiritual ‘hospital’ that is ministering to the needs of the people of Annapolis of all ages! Please help us with your most generous gift!
Here’s what your tax-deductible donation will accomplish:
- Grow our Mission to accommodate more families and students, who are at the core of our ministry by enabling us to renovate and move into our new space.
- Grow our children, forming them in the love of Christ for their neighbor by helping us expand and have room for Sunday School and youth ministry for these “little ones” who are so precious to Jesus Christ.
- Grow our Outreach to the community by enabling us to open an Orthodox Christian bookstore and icon shop to engage the people of Annapolis with Christ’s truth and love.
Since its inception, Holy Archangels Orthodox Mission and its full-time college ministry, Annapolis College Ministry, has helped many people come to and come back to Christ and His Church, find healing and growth in the knowledge and love of Christ. Holy Archangels provides an anchor for all those confused and hurt in the world and in need of Christ.
